Welcome to the friendly Dice Throne Tournament on Sunday, July 26th at 1:00 PM! In this epic tournament, fierce competition will meet heroic "cooperation." Only the top three of you will have the honor of accessing the Final Raid... but they will have to face a major surprise. **New at Pub Ludique Ninkasi! Our Dice Throne players are now automatically registered for our ELO ranking (chess ranking system) which is displayed on our website and at every event. This ranking will progress through friendly and official tournaments (Coming Soon). Here is the ELO ranking: https://laninkasi.ca/dicethrone/ đĄïž PHASE 1: TRIALS OF THE THRONE (Swiss Mode) The goal is to determine who the three most worthy champions are. âą Format: Classic Swiss System (everyone plays all rounds against opponents of equal skill). âą Hero Selection: Pick 3, Ban 1. Each player presents 3 heroes. The opponent bans one. The player chooses their hero from the remaining two for the match. (Possibility to use heroes available at Pub Ludique Ninkasi) âą Timer: 40 minutes per round (20 minutes per player on the chess clock). âą Points: Victory = 3 pts / Draw = 1 pt / Defeat = 0 pt. đ PHASE 2: THE FINAL RAID (3 vs 1) Vengeance is a dish best served hot! The top three in the overall standings unite to face the ultimate threat: the player who finished last in the Swiss standings, who will embody the Fallen King! This is his chance to get revenge and defeat the champions. âïž The Champions (The 3 Finalists) âą Health: 50 HP each (individual). âą Cooperation: Players can spend their CP to help an ally or play defense/enhancement cards on their partners. đ LOOT REWARDS (BEFORE THE RAID) Before entering the arena, the three champions search the royal treasury. According to their rank in the Swiss tournament, they draw from the Dice Throne Adventures Epic Loot deck: âą đ„ 1st in Swiss: Draws 4 Loot cards. They choose 2 to integrate into their deck for the final and discard the third. âą đ„ 2nd in Swiss: Draws 3 Loot cards. They choose 2 to integrate into their deck and discard the other. âą đ„ 3rd in Swiss: Draws 2 Loot cards and integrates them directly into their deck. đ The Boss (The last in Swiss â The Fallen King) âą Health: 100 HP (Unique Pool). âą Power: The Fallen King uses his boss board and his minion cards (Adventures). âą "The Scourge" Turn Order: To counter the numbers, the Boss plays more often. Sequence: Player 1 âź Boss âź Player 2 âź Boss âź Player 3 âź Boss. âą Targeting: The Boss rolls a die at the start of his offensive phase to choose his target (1-2: Player 1 / 3-4: Player 2 / 5-6: Player 3), unless a capacity f
