On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the Jazzlab Orchestra presents Glissement du Temps (Slip of Time), a new album bringing together ten original works by members of the collective as well as François Bourassa, Gentiane MG and Pierre de Bethmann. Between heritage and renewal, this opus offers a journey through rich soundscapes, where rhythms, timbres and colors reinvent contemporary jazz. The album also pays tribute to Mario Allard, an essential member of the collective, who passed away in 2025. His last recorded performance with the ensemble testifies to his significant contribution to this work.
